Meet Dr. Rebecca

Hi! I’m Rebecca.

As a physical therapist, yoga teacher, and student of meditation and yoga, I am focused on guiding clients in the evolution of their journey with wellness from fertility awareness through postpartum and beyond. Wherever you may land in this wide spectrum, I would love to hear from and work with you. I believe health begins from the inside out: we each must begin our healing process step by step. When we heal ourselves, even incrementally, we are positively contributing to our families, loved ones, and broadly impacting our communities.

In clinical practice, Dr. Rebecca holds a specialty focus in pelvic rehabilitation, and practices in orthopaedics and pelvic health. She believes in a holistic approach to clinical care, drawing from advanced education in biomechanics and pain science as well as 8 years instructing yoga**. Dr. Rebecca’s clinical areas of interest include pelvic health, fertility, oncology, and working with female athletes.

When not working with clients, Rebecca loves to listen to music, practice and teach yoga, paint, hike, and spend time with her son, husband, and 8-year-old lab mix, Diesel.

In addition to the above, Dr. Rebecca is a passionate conservationist and environmentalist, and paints elephants, contributing a portion of all sales to orphaned baby elephants in Kenya. For more on her art, visit her shop.

Nora H. “Besides it just being a positive part of my day, it was really helpful in learning about why breath work is important and how it actually works. Having the videos and guidance also kept me accountable to stick to the 7 day challenge and schedule out the time for it.“

Carrie L. “I began to reconnect with myself again, which has taken a long time to do, until working with Rebecca.”

Geri B. “After our first session, I felt hopeful! More hopeful than I have in a long time.”
